1.Delivery Timeline

To estimate when you will receive your order, please consider both the Processing Time and the Shipping Time.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days.
    Each set of extensions undergoes a strict quality control check and custom packaging before being dispatched.
  • Shipping Time (Transit): The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (United States)

We offer two tiers of shipping to balance cost and speed. Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your hair extensions have been dispatched, we prioritize your security and peace of mind:

  • Email Notification: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.
  • Automatic Sync: We automatically sync your tracking information with your PayPal transaction and WooCommerce account.
  • Real-Time Tracking: You can track your package directly on our website’s “Track Order” page or via the carrier’s official website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • US Customs: Most orders shipped to the USA valued under $800 qualify for de minimis entry and are typically exempt from import duties.
  • Responsibility: If any local customs fees, import taxes, or related charges occur, they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Customs department.

5.Shipping Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided was incorrect.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

6.Lost or Damaged Packages

Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or the specific carrier (DHL/FedEx) immediately.
